The Pillar Community Circle is an employee-led committee at Pillar Bank that aims to enhance community engagement through volunteering. Two committee members, Lisa Lyon and Dawn Fredrickson, share more about the bank’s efforts and how they fit with the culture in this Local Cents podcast episode.
